This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), ADHD, speech and language difficulties, learning disabilities, sensory needs, and challenging behaviour. Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Assist in delivering personalised learning activities
• Support pupils with communication, social, and emotional development
• Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
• Work closely with teachers, therapists, and support staff to meet individual needs

Requirements

• Experience working with children or young people with additional needs is desirable
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children with SEN
• Relevant qualifications or transferable experience are welcomed

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
