SEN One to One Tutor/ Teacher Expiring soon

East Midlands, Northamptonshire, Desborough

• Provide one-to-one tutoring for students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Create individualised lesson plans tailored to each student's learning requirements
• Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
• Collaborate with SENCOs and other professionals to support student development
• Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Experience working with students with SEN
• Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and methodologies

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 1 years of UK teaching experience, preferably in SEN

• Strong understanding of SEN regulations and policies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt teaching techniques to meet individual student needs

• Additional training in SEN teaching
• Experience with behaviour management techniques

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
