Smile Education are currently working in partnership with a specialist SEN school in the Erdington area who are looking to recruit reliable and enthusiastic midday support staff to assist with lunchtime supervision and structured activities.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with children and are confident leading games and engaging activities in a supportive school environment.
The Role: You will be supporting during lunchtime by:
- Supervising pupils during lunch
- Leading structured games and activities
- Encouraging positive social interaction
- Supporting pupils with additional needs
- Promoting a safe and engaging outdoor/indoor environment
Working Hours:
- Part time
- Opportunity for more hours for the right candidate
This role is ideal for:
- Teaching Assistants looking for additional hours
- Sports coaches or activity leaders
- University students
- Individuals with SEN experience
- Anyone passionate about working with children in a supportive setting
We Are Looking For:
- A confident and proactive individual
- Someone comfortable running games and activities
- Experience working with children (SEN experience desirable but not essential)
- A positive, patient and energetic approach
