Teaching Personnel is seeking a SEN Learning Support Assistant to join one of our partnered Special Educational Needs (SEN) Schools in the Ebbw Vale area, where you will play a vital role in creating a calm, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
This is a hands‑on and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll be working with pupils aged 3–19 across all key stages, supporting learners who may find traditional classroom environments challenging. Your key focus will be helping pupils feel safe, understood, confident, and supported to make progress.
This is a performance‑based role, measured by how effectively you support, motivate, and engage with both pupils and school staff. Schools are looking for someone who is flexible across age groups, willing to get involved, and happy to fully immerse themselves in the school environment. When schools see this commitment from you, there is genuine potential for a long‑term career opportunity.
