Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage school operations effectively, including educational programs, staff, and resources, to ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
*Drive school self-evaluation and development planning to enhance educational outcomes.
*Demonstrate successful line management and staff development to foster a collaborative and high-performing educational team.
*Utilize data analysis skills to set targets, identify areas for improvement, and guide curriculum development.
*Uphold and model high-quality teaching practices based on evidence, supporting staff to achieve excellence in instruction.
*Maintain strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships across the school community.
