Salary: £31,350 - £46,179 per year (M1 - UPS2 Fringe) Plus £5,000 Welcome bonus For Qualified Teacher

Key Responsibilities:
*Plan, prepare and deliver outstanding English lessons that engage and inspire our students.
*Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
*Monitor and assess students' progress, maintaining accurate records and providing feedback in a constructive and encouraging manner.
*Collaborate with other teachers, therapists, and support staff to facilitate an integrated approach to learning.
*Participate in school initiatives, meetings, and training sessions to continuously develop professional skills and improve teaching practice.

Requirements:
*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a strong background in English or a related field.
*Demonstrated experience in teaching or supporting students with SEN, preferably in a specialized setting.
*Excellent understanding of the strategies needed to engage and progress learners with diverse needs.
*A compassionate, patient, and resilient approach to teaching.
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
*Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
