Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-to-one support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Implement individualised educational programmes for students
  • Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to support students' learning and development
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to support student progress
  • Relevant experience working with individuals with SEN
  • Understanding of SEN support strategies and interventions
  • Ability to adapt and cater to the individual needs of students

Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Education or relevant field

Prior experience working in a similar role supporting individuals with SEN

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team setting
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies related to SEN
  • Strong organisational skills

This role involves working in an educational setting, collaborating with teachers and other professionals, and providing direct support to students with SEN. The work may involve some physical activity and requires flexibility in adapting to the needs of individual students.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
