Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-to-one support to a student with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Implement individualised education plans
  • Assist the student in their academic and personal development
  • Monitor and track the student's progress and provide feedback to the SEN Coordinator
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure the student's needs are met
  • Relevant experience working with individuals with SEN
  • Understanding of various learning disabilities and strategies to support them
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

At least 2 years of experience working in a similar role

  • Knowledge of SEN policies and procedures
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual needs
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Patience and empathy towards students with SEN
  • Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools
  • Training in specific interventions for SEN students
  • Work primarily in a school OR home setting
  • Exposure to challenging behaviour and emotional situations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
