1. Provide one-on-one tutoring and teaching support to students with special educational needs (SEN).

2. Develop and implement individualised education plans tailored to each student's specific requirements.

3. Monitor and assess student progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

4. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and support staff to ensure a holistic approach to student learning and development.

5. Maintain accurate records of student achievements, attendance, and behaviour.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

- Experience working with students with SEN

- Knowledge of SEN teaching strategies and techniques

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

At least 1 years of UK teaching experience, preferably in a SEN setting

- Understanding of SEN Code of Practise

- Ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Patience, empathy, and a passion for supporting students with SEN

- Additional training in SEN education

- Experience with assistive technology for students with SEN

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
