Education and Training

£20 - £30 Per hour

  • Provide one-to-one support and tuition to students with special educational needs (SEN)
  • Develop tailored learning plans and teaching strategies to meet individual student needs
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure holistic support for students
  • Provide feedback on student performance to relevant stakeholders
  • Relevant qualification in Education or Special Educational Needs
  • Experience working with individuals with SEN
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit different learning styles

Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Understanding of SEN provisions and best practises
  • Ability to create engaging and inclusive learning environments
  • Proficiency in assessment and evaluation techniques
  • Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs
  • Additional training in specific learning difficulties

This role involves working with students in educational settings, potentially requiring travel between different locations.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
