The SEN 1:1 Teacher will work closely with students with special educational needs (SEN) on a one-to-one basis. Duties include developing individualised education plans, implementing tailored teaching strategies, providing academic support, and monitoring progress regularly. The role involves collaborating with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure a holistic approach to the student's learning and development.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - Experience working with students with SEN - Strong understanding of SEN strategies and interventions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Bachelor's degree in Education or related field

Minimum of 1 years of UK experience in a similar role

- In-depth knowledge of SEN best practises - Ability to differentiate instruction to meet individual needs - Proficient in assessing student progress and adjusting teaching methods accordingly - Strong organisational and time management skills

- Additional training in specific SEN areas - Experience using assistive technology in the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
