Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to support children and young people aged 6-16 years with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs at a specialist school in Norwich.
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of young people who require additional support to succeed both academically and emotionally. The successful candidate will be confident in building strong relationships, promoting positive behaviours, and helping students overcome barriers to learning.
As an SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students both inside and outside the classroom. Working closely with teachers and support staff, you will help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
