• Social, emotional and mental health needs
• Anxiety and difficulties with emotional regulation
• Behavioural and attachment-related challenges
• Low confidence and self-esteem
• Communication and social interaction difficulties
• Trauma-related needs

• Support pupils in accessing learning both inside and outside the classroom
• Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils
• Encourage resilience, confidence, and independence
• Support pupils with emotional regulation and social development
• Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, pastoral teams, and parents where appropriate
• Help create a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
