  • Provide 1:1 or small group support for pupils with SEMH needs
  • Help create a safe, structured, and nurturing environment
  • Support pupils in managing behaviour and emotional regulation
  • Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, and pastoral teams
  • Encourage engagement, confidence, and positive learning experiences
  • Contribute to behaviour strategies and individual support plans
