  • Provide support and assistance to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans and behaviour management strategies
  • Support students in their academic and social development
  • Collaborate with teachers and other professionals to create a supportive learning environment
  • Monitor and track student progress, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff
  • Minimum of GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
  • Experience working with children or young adults with SEMH needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle challenging behaviour effectively

  • Full-time hours, Monday to Friday

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
