Teaching Personnel are working in partnership with SEMH schools, PRUs, and Alternative Provisions across East Manchester, offering long-term, day-to-day and temp-perm September roles for skilled practitioners ready to support some of the most vulnerable learners.

‍ The Role

Working with pupils aged 5–11 (KS1–KS2) with SEMH needs, you will:

• Deliver adapted, engaging primary curriculum lessons
• Support pupils with trauma, attachment and behaviour needs
• Lead structured, nurturing classroom environments
• Work closely with pastoral teams and external professionals
• Use trauma-informed and restorative approaches

What You’ll Bring

• ✅ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• ✅ Strong primary teaching experience (KS1/KS2)
• ✅ Background in SEMH, SEND or alternative provision
• ✅ Confident behaviour management and de-escalation skills
• ✅ A calm, resilient and relationship-led approach
