Teaching Personnel is working in partnership with a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school in Bolton to recruit a full-time Intervention Support Practitioner from September. This role is ideal for someone passionate about supporting pupils who may experience emotional dysregulation, trauma responses, anxiety, attachment needs, ADHD, challenging behaviour, or difficulties with social interaction and self-regulation.
This is more than a support role — it’s a chance to be a consistent, calm and positive influence for pupils who need it most.
The Role
As an Intervention Support Practitioner, you will work closely with students on an individual and small-group basis, helping them to overcome barriers to learning and develop the skills they need to succeed both in and out of the classroom.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
