Teaching Personnel is seeking ambitious, resilient, and compassionate graduates to join specialist SEMH schools and alternative provisions across Trafford as a Graduate Learning Support Mentor.

This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience supporting young people who face significant barriers to education due to Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Students may present with anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, ADHD, autism, emotional dysregulation and behavioural challenges.

Many of these young people have struggled within traditional educational environments and require consistent support, positive encouragement, and trusted adults to help them re-engage with learning and achieve success.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Learning Support Mentor, you'll play a crucial role in helping students overcome both educational and emotional barriers by:

• Providing tailored 1:1 and s
