Teaching Personnel is recruiting resilient and relationship-driven Behaviour Mentors for SEMH schools, alternative provisions and specialist support settings across Crawley.
These environments support pupils who may present with:
You will act as a consistent, trusted adult who can help pupils regulate emotions, engage with learning and develop positive coping strategies.
We are looking for people who are firm, fair, consistent and genuinely committed to helping vulnerable young people succeed.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
