Are you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel is recruiting SEMH Behaviour & Resilience Mentors to work across specialist primary and secondary SEMH provisions in the Wigan area. These schools support pupils with a range of social, emotional and mental health needs, including anxiety, trauma, attachment difficulties, ADHD, ASD, emotional dysregulation, low self-esteem, challenging behaviour, and difficulties with social communication.
This rewarding role is ideal for individuals with experience in education, youth work, support work, coaching, mental health services, care settings, or those looking to build a career supporting vulnerable young people.
The Role
As a SEMH Behaviour & Resilience Mentor, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both inside and outside the classroom, helping them regulate emotions, develop positive relationships, and engage successfully with their education.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
