Are you passionate about supporting young people to overcome barriers to learning and build a brighter future? Teaching Personnel is recruiting a Behaviour & Resilience Mentor for a specialist secondary setting in the Trafford area, supporting students aged 11-16 with a range of SEMH needs, including ASC, ADHD, anxiety, attachment difficulties, trauma-related behaviours, emotional regulation needs, low self-esteem, and challenging behaviour.
The school provides a nurturing and structured environment for pupils who have struggled in mainstream education, with a strong focus on wellbeing, personal development, and positive relationships. With small class sizes, excellent staff support, and a child-centred approach, the school offers an engaging and rewarding opportunity for educators looking to make a genuine impact on the lives of vulnerable young people.
The Role
As a Behaviour & Resilience Mentor, you will work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to support students both academically and emotionally.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
