Teaching Personnel are working with local authorities to support disadvantaged children who are not currently in education. Our mission is to narrow learning gaps and help children achieve their full potential whilst they await a school placement.

This is an incredibly rewarding role for the right person that will see you support vulnerable young people fulfil their full potential.

What will you be doing?

· Providing 1:1 support in core subjects (Maths, English, Science or Primary)

· Planning individualised programmes of learning

· Tutoring within the home environment

· Tailoring your approach – supporting children to learn and progress at their own pace

What you need?

· Hold a QTS/PGCE certificate

· Endless enthusiasm and patience

· Experience working with either primary or secondary pupils

· Have some experience working with young people with SEN (desirable)

· Flexible and adaptable to be able to differentiate effectively to provide an inclusive education for all
