Secondary Teaching Assistants & Learning Support - Hyde/Tameside New

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants to work in a range of secondary schools across Hyde and the wider Tameside area.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people and can thrive in a fast-paced secondary school environment. These are full-time, long-term opportunities starting in October, with competitive rates of pay available depending on experience.

The successful candidates will:

• Have experience working with young people in any capacity (education, youth work, sports coaching, mentoring, care or similar).
• Be confident supporting students with a range of needs, including SEN and behavioural needs.
• Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Be flexible and willing to travel to schools across Hyde and the wider Tameside area.
• Be reliable, proactive and able to work effectively as part of a school team.

These roles are ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants, graduates, youth workers or anyone with transferable experience supporting young people.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
