Teaching Personnel are seeking Secondary Teachers with ALN experience to support a variety of schools across Swansea and Carmarthenshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for teachers who are passionate about inclusive education and confident supporting pupils with additional learning needs. You’ll be working in welcoming school environments, helping students overcome barriers to learning while gaining valuable experience across different settings—with full flexibility to suit your schedule.

✅ Requirements:

  • PGCE & QTS (or working towards)
  • Experience supporting ALN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • EWC registration (or willing to register)
  • Driving licence desirable (not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
