We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Secondary Teacher to join supportive and dynamic schools across Cheshire. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are passionate about delivering high-quality education and inspiring young people.

You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons within your subject specialism, supporting students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 (and Key Stage 5 where applicable), and helping them achieve their full academic potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Create an engaging and inclusive classroom environment
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress
  • Differentiate lessons to meet the needs of all learners
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and parents
  • Contribute to the wider school community and extracurricular activities

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in a secondary school setting (preferred)
  • Strong subject knowledge in your specialism
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  • A proactive, flexible, and positive approach to teaching
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
