That's why we work closely with schools across West Sussex to help ECTs like you gain meaningful, varied experience in supportive environments where you can truly make an impact.
We're currently looking for ECTs with SEN experience to join us from the September term, starting on a flexible supply basis with the goal of helping you find the right long-term or permanent role when you're ready.
