Are you a passionate and adaptable secondary teacher looking for flexible work across a range of schools? We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Secondary Supply Teachers to work across our partnership secondary schools in Great Oakley, Corby.

This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in a variety of school settings while maintaining flexibility to suit your lifestyle.

As a supply teacher, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 3 (KS3) and Key Stage 4 (KS4) in a range of subjects, depending on your specialism and school requirements. Assignments may be short-term, long-term, or day-to-day cover.

  • Deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Manage classroom behaviour effectively and maintain a positive learning environment
  • Adapt quickly to different school settings, policies, and student needs
  • Follow lesson plans provided by the school, or create engaging lessons where required
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress when necessary
  • Uphold safeguarding and school policies at all times
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3 and KS4)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Flexibility, reliability, and a positive attitude
  • Ability to teach at least one subject specialism (all subject areas considered)
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
