We have exciting opportunities for qualified Secondary Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools in Gretton Road, Corby, and the surrounding areas.

Your role will involve delivering high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, supporting pupils to achieve their full potential while maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment. You will work collaboratively with school staff and follow all school behaviour management and safeguarding procedures.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the UK National Curriculum
  • Inspiring students to develop strong subject knowledge, critical thinking, and confidence in their learning
  • Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress where required
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff, support staff, and the wider school community
  • Following all safeguarding policies and procedures

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant subject (essential)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
  • Have experience teaching within secondary mainstream schools across KS3 and KS4
  • Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Have a passion for delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
  • Possess excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Are adaptable, reliable, and able to work confidently across different school settings
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
