We have exciting opportunities for qualified Secondary Supply Teachers to work across secondary schools in Great Oakley, Corby, and the surrounding areas.

Your role will involve delivering engaging and high-quality lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, maintaining a positive learning environment, and supporting students to achieve their full potential. You will be expected to follow school policies and procedures while working collaboratively with teaching and support staff.

As a Secondary Supply Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering engaging lessons across KS3 and KS4 in line with the UK National Curriculum
  • Inspiring students to develop subject knowledge, critical thinking, and confidence in their learning
  • Assessing, monitoring, and recording pupil progress where required
  • Creating a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
  • Working collaboratively with teaching staff and support teams
  • Following all safeguarding and school procedures

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a degree in a relevant subject (essential)
  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification (preferred)
  • Have experience teaching within Secondary Mainstream settings across KS3 and KS4
  • Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • Are passionate about delivering engaging and inspiring lessons
  • Have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Are adaptable, reliable, and able to work effectively across different school environments
  • Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people
