As a Secondary School Teacher, your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum
  • Assessing, monitoring, and supporting student progress
  • Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively
  • Supporting pupils with different learning abilities and needs
  • Building strong relationships with students, parents, and school staff
  • Contributing to the wider school community and extracurricular activities
  • Participating in ongoing professional development and training

To be considered for this Secondary Teacher role, applicants must have:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching within UK secondary schools
  • Strong curriculum knowledge in your subject specialism
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A passion for education and student achievement
  • Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Registration with the Education Workforce Council (EWC)
  • The right to work in the UK
