Let’s be honest — secondary teaching isn’t for the faint‑hearted. But if you’ve got SEN experience, a good sense of humour, and the ability to stay calm when a whole class forgets what a pen is… we need you.

We’re recruiting SEN‑experienced Secondary Teachers for immediate placements, supporting pupils who need consistency, structure, and someone who believes in them even on their trickiest days.

  • Teaching across KS3 & KS4, adapting lessons for SEN learners
  • Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH and additional needs
  • Establishing routines, boundaries, and positive relationships
  • Working alongside SEND teams and support staff
  • Weekly PAYE pay (no umbrella surprises)

  • Support from consultants who understand SEN isn’t “one size fits all”
