This well-established school supports students aged 11-19 with complex learning needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), communication difficulties, and additional educational needs. Your Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual needs.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and structured learning environment.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Work closely with teaching assistants, therapists, and wider support staff.
• Monitor progress and adapt teaching strategies to maximise outcomes.
• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and external professionals.
• Promote independence, confidence, and lifelong learning skills.

What We're Looking For

✔ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
✔ Experience teaching secondary-aged students.
✔ A strong understanding of SEND and inclusive teaching practices.
✔ Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
✔ A patient, adaptable, and compassionate approach.
