We are currently supporting secondary schools across Bristol seeking experienced and motivated HLTAs. Whether you're interested in day-to-day supply work, a longer-term placement, or a permanent role, we can help you find a position that fits your career goals.

Starting on a flexible or supply basis allows you to gain valuable feedback, experience different school settings, and identify the right school environment before committing to a long-term role. This is ideal for Early Career HLTAs, those seeking progression, or experienced staff wanting variety.

• Lead small groups or whole-class activities where required

• Assist in planning and preparing learning resources

• Support students with varying abilities, including SEND

• Monitor and report on student progress and behaviour

• HLTA status or equivalent experience in schools

• Strong classroom management and organisational skills

• Ability to support learning across multiple subjects

• Professional and approachable attitude with students and staff

• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

• Preferrably holds a Full UK Driving Licence
