We're working with secondary schools across Bristol seeking experienced Behaviour Mentors and Intervention Specialists with a background in SEND, SEMH, youth mentoring, or sports/music coaching. Whether you're looking for flexible supply, a long-term placement, or a permanent role, we can connect you with schools where your skills have a real impact.

This role is ideal for professionals who can build trusting relationships, support positive behaviour, and deliver engaging interventions for students facing additional challenges.

  • Support vulnerable or at-risk students, including those with SEMH or SEND needs

  • Deliver one-to-one and small group interventions, including mentoring, sports coaching (football, basketball, boxing), music activities, or other structured sessions

  • Collaborate with teachers and pastoral teams using team teaching approaches where appropriate

  • Promote positive behaviour, build resilience, and support emotional wellbeing

  • Implement trauma-informed practice strategies and contribute to individual student plans

  • Monitor and report on student progress and intervention outcomes


  • Experience supporting young people in youth work, mentoring, sports coaching, behaviour support, or similar

  • Ability to build strong, trusting relationship
