The Role:
- Deliver engaging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and prepare lessons to meet the needs of students with varying abilities.
- Maintain a positive learning environment with effective behaviour management.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Encourage students to develop their knowledge and interest in Science.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues within the Science department.
The Ideal Candidate:- Hold QTS or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Have experience teaching Science in a secondary school.
- Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- Be confident in delivering engaging lessons to a range of abilities.
- Have a genuine passion for Science and supporting young people.
