The Role:
- Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
- Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater for a range of abilities.
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback.
- Support students in developing their knowledge, confidence and interest in Science.
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the Science department and school.
The Ideal Candidate:- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching Science within a secondary school.
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
- A genuine passion for Science and education.
- Able to inspire and engage students of varying abilities.
- Committed to supporting students' academic and personal development.
