This role would suit a confident classroom practitioner who can inspire students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the ability to build positive relationships and drive excellent outcomes.

• Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4.
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons that meet the needs of all learners.
• Promote high standards of teaching, learning and behaviour.
• Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback to support achievement.
• Contribute positively to the Science department and wider school community.

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Has experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
• Possesses excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
• Demonstrates a passion for Science and a commitment to student success.
• Is proactive, adaptable and able to quickly establish strong professional relationships.
• Has high expectations of both themselves and their students.
