A vibrant secondary school in Salford is seeking a talented and motivated Science Teacher to join its successful department from September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for a fully qualified teacher who is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and helping students develop a lifelong interest in Science.

  • Deliver high-quality Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Plan engaging learning experiences that challenge and support students of all abilities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback.
  • Foster a positive classroom culture.
  • Contribute to departmental planning and wider school initiatives.
  • Support students in reaching and exceeding their academic targets.
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience teaching Science within a secondary school setting.
  • Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for the curriculum.
  • Excellent classroom management skills.
  • A commitment to raising attainment and student outcomes.
  • A positive and proactive approach to teaching and learning.

Educators will be paid based on their appropriate MPS/UPS.
