We are seeking a Science Teacher to join a thriving secondary school in the Woking area. This is an exciting opportunity to deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, supporting students in developing curiosity, confidence and strong scientific understanding.

You will play a key role in fostering a positive and aspirational learning environment where all students can succeed.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering high-quality Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
• Inspiring students to develop curiosity and scientific thinking skills
• Contributing to curriculum planning and development
• Monitoring student progress and implementing strategies to raise attainment
• Supporting students of varying abilities to achieve their full potential
• Promoting a positive and engaging learning environment
• Driving improvement initiatives within the Science department

What We're Looking For:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Strong subject knowledge across Science (Biology, Chemistry and/or Physics)
• Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
• Ability to inspire, motivate and challenge students
• A proactive, enthusiastic and reflective approach
• Commitment to achieving the best outcomes for all students
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
