The Role:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging lessons across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring that all students are challenged and supported.
• Develop and implement effective teaching strategies that inspire a love for science and encourage curiosity and critical thinking.
• Provide a safe and inclusive classroom environment where students can thrive academically and personally.
• Monitor and track student progress, using data to ensure all students are meeting their potential.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality science education and contribute to departmental development.
• Participate in extra-curricular activities and school events, helping to enrich the overall student experience.
