Pay: £130 - £190 per day (dependent on experience, paid via PAYE - no umbrella company fees)

About the Role

As a Science Teacher in Doncaster, you will deliver engaging and interactive lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, helping students develop curiosity, practical skills, and a deeper understanding of the world around them.

You may teach across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics at Key Stage 3, with the opportunity to specialise in your subject area at Key Stage 4 depending on your expertise and school requirements.

This role is ideal for both experienced teachers and ECTs who are passionate about science education and eager to inspire the next generation of learners.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging Science lessons across KS3 and KS4
  * Teach Biology, Chemistry, and Physics in line with the curriculum
  * Adapt lessons to suit varying abilities and learning styles
  * Encourage curiosity, investigation, and critical thinking
  * Assess pupil progress and provide constructive feedback
  * Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment
  * Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to departmental success
  * Follow safeguarding and school policies at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  * Degree in Science or a related subject
  * Experience teaching Science at KS3 and KS4
  * Specialism in Biology, Chemistry, or Physics is advantageous
  * Excellent classroom management and communication skills
  * Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
