A "Good" secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking a passionate Science (Physics) Teacher to join its team from September. • Deliver engaging Science lessons with a focus on Physics across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 experience welcomed).
• Bring scientific concepts to life through practical experiments, demonstrations, and real-world applications.
• Plan purposeful and well-structured lessons that stretch and support all learners.
• Track and assess student progress, using data to inform teaching and raise achievement.
• Create a positive and focused classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour.
• Contribute to curriculum development and the wider work of the Science department.
• Support enrichment opportunities such as STEM clubs, science fairs, or trips.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience teaching Science, with a specialism in Physics, in a secondary setting.
• Strong subject knowledge across key Physics topics.
• The ability to engage and motivate students of varying abilities.
• Confident classroom management and clear communication skills.
• A reflective practitioner with a commitment to ongoing development.
