Are you resilient, passionate about science, and committed to supportingthe next generation to reach their full potential? Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated Science Teacher to available to work within the South Manchester area. 

We are working with a number of schools within the Longsight & Openshaw areas looking for experienced Science Teachers to join them for September.

As a Science Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons across KS3 and GCSE
  • Plan, assess, and track student progress in line with curriculum expectations
  • Differentiate teaching to support students of all abilities
  • Inspire curiosity and enthusiasm for science
  • Work collaboratively within a strong and supportive department
  • Contribute to maintaining high standards of teaching and learning

  • Large, high-performing secondary school with a strong academic reputation
  • Supportive leadership team and collaborative departmental culture
  • Easily accessible via the M60 and M61, ideal for Greater Manchester commuters
  • Excellent public transport links from Manchester City Centre, Worsley and Pendlebury

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Experience teaching Science up to GCSE level
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality teaching
  • Strong classroom management and engagement skills
