Duties will vary depending on the role but may include:

  • Providing administrative support within busy school offices
  • Managing visitor sign-in procedures and telephone enquiries
  • Supporting pupil wellbeing and welfare throughout the school day
  • Supervising pupils during breakfast clubs, lunch periods and after-school provision
  • Assisting with attendance and safeguarding processes
  • Maintaining school premises, grounds and facilities
  • Carrying out general maintenance and caretaking duties
  • Supporting the effective day-to-day running of the school

We are looking for candidates who:

  • Have previous experience relevant to the role they are applying for
  • Possess strong communication and organisational skills
  • Are reliable, professional and adaptable
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Have a genuine interest in supporting schools and young people

For School Administrator positions, previous experience using SIMS is highly desirable and may be essential for some placements.
