School Cleaner - Worksop

Academics, an established Education Agency, are currently recruiting a School Cleaner - Worksop to work on a supply basis servicing schools across the Worksop area. This is a temporary role, ideal for individuals seeking flexible, part-time hours within local education settings.

As a School Cleaner - Worksop, you will work on an ad-hoc supply basis, Monday to Friday and be assigned to schools as required. The role will normally consist of a couple of hours per day, either:

• Morning: 5.30am to 7.30am or 6:00am - 8:00am

Duties will include general cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas, ensuring schools are clean, safe, and hygienic for pupils and staff.

To be considered for this School Cleaner - Worksop role, applicants must have:

• A valid Enhanced DBS Certificate (or be willing to obtain one)
• Health & Safety training
• COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health) training
• Knowledge of safe cleaning practices and correct use of cleaning products
• The ability to easily commute across Worksop, as work may be across multiple school sites
• A reliable, flexible, and professional approach to working within school environments

• Great Rate of Pay: inclusive of holiday pay and dependent on experience
• Contract type: Temporary
