Teaching personnel are recruiting a talented Religious Studies teacher available for a full-time position at one of our client schools in Bishop Auckland. Are you looking for a new role this summer? If so, we would love to hear from you!

Position : Religious Studies Teacher

Pay : £30,000 - £46,525

Location : Bishop Auckland 

Start date : May 2024

Contract type : Full-time

About the role :

  • Full time Religious Studies teacher covering a timetable across Key Stage 3 & 4
  • 11-16 secondary school located in Bishop Auckland
  • Must have excellent classroom management
  • Broad understanding of the national curriculum
  • Deliver lessons to meet the needs of students at various levels of learning.

Applicant requirements :

  • UK qualified QTS or completed by May 2024
  • Must be able to provide a DBS on the update service/willingness to apply for an enhanced DBS (child workforce only)
  • Be able to provide references from your teacher training.
