The role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils and teachers across a range of primary schools, helping to create a positive and engaging learning environment.

You may be involved in:

• Supporting pupils individually or in small groups
• Assisting teachers with classroom activities

• Helping with classroom routines and behaviour
• Working with different year groups and school teams

We're looking for:

• A relevant Teaching Assistant qualification or recognised equivalent
• Previous experience working with children in a school setting
• A genuine passion for supporting children
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work across different schools in Warrington
• A current DBS check, or willingness to obtain one
