We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated MFL Teacher to join a dynamic and supportive secondary school in Harrow. The successful candidate will deliver engaging and inspiring lessons, fostering a love of languages among students across [KS3/KS4/KS5].

You will play a key role in developing students’ confidence in communication and cultural understanding, ensuring excellent outcomes for all learners.

  • Plan and deliver high-quality MFL lessons (e.g. French, Spanish, or German)
  • Inspire and motivate students of all abilities
  • Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental success
  • Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Specialism in at least one modern foreign language (French/Spanish/German)
  • Strong classroom management skills
  • Passion for languages and cultural learning
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student wellbeing
