We are seeking a qualified and passionate EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming and supportive primary school. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive early years environment where every child can thrive.

You will play a key role in supporting children at a crucial stage in their development, helping them build confidence, independence, and a love for learning.

  • Deliver creative and engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework
  • Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment
  • Identify and support pupils with additional needs or developmental challenges
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils, staff, and parents
  • Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress effectively
  • Implement strong behaviour management strategies in line with school policy
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
  • Experience teaching within Early Years (EYFS)
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and child development
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A caring, patient, and nurturing approach
  • Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willing to apply)
  • Passionate about making a difference in early childhood education
  • Skilled in supporting children who may be facing early developmental or behavioural challenges
  • Able to build strong rapport with young learners, providing consistency and reassurance
  • Creative, adaptable, and proactive in their teaching approach
