Are you a passionate and qualified Early Years Practitioner looking for flexible work in a modern, supportive nursery setting? We are recruiting Level 2-Level 6 EYFS staff to support a brand-new nursery in the Childwall area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced and welcoming staff while enjoying flexible, weekly shifts that suit your schedule.


The Role

You will play a key role in supporting the daily routine of the nursery, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality care and learning in line with EYFS framework
  • Supporting children's development through play-based activities
  • Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
  • Maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment
  • Assisting with planning and observations where required
  • Working collaboratively with an experienced nursery team

Shift pattern:

  • Full days: 08:30 - 17:30
  • Flexible weekly availability
  • Typically notified of shifts the week prior

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals who are committed to early years education.

You should have:

  • A recognised EYFS qualification (Level 2-Level 6)
  • Recent experience working in a nursery or early years setting
  • A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
  • A positive, proactive attitude and team-player mindset
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for supporting children's learning and development

  • Easily accessible via major routes such as Queens Drive and M62
